DOVER, N.H. - A Farmington man has been indicted in the felonious sex assaults of two children under the age of 13.

The alleged assaults took place in Rochester between September 2011 and April of this year.

Aaron Rohner, 37, of 7 Milton Road, is charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The sex assault charges call for 10-30 years in prison apiece while the endangerment charges could spell three and a half to 7 year if convicted each.

Both assault counts are in reference to children under the age of 13, while the endangerment charges refer to a child under the age of 16.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down Sept. 17 and released on Wednesday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
