Farmington man nabbed in felony shoplift at Kohl's

ROCHESTER - A Farmington man was arrested on a felony level shoplifting charge on Wednesday in connection with an incident that occurred at Kohl’s last month.

John Titus, 25, of Civic Street, was charged in the July 23 incident and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail pending a September arraignment in the Rochester District Court.

Also on Wednesday police arrested Charles Sterling, 26, of Harold Dow Highway in Elliot, Maine, on a misdemeanor shoplifting charge at Walmart. Sterling was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail with a September arraignment.

On Thursday, Jerrell Luther, 35, of Seasons Lane, Rochester, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for shoplifting in connection with an incident that occurred at Walmart last month. He refused bail, was held at the Strafford County Jail on a probation hold and will be arraigned today.
