ROCHESTER - A Farmington woman was arrested in a shoplifting incident on Thursday at the Rochester Walmart.

Natasha Adjutant, 20, of 8A Lincoln St., was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending her arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
