LINCOLN - The victim in a Sunday rollover crash on Interstate 93 was identified on Monday.

Kadeen N. Johnson, 30, of Carroll, was killed when she was ejected from a vehicle that rolled over after crashing into a stone sign around 6:50 p.m. in the area of mile 104.4 in Lincoln.

Troopers arrived to find that a 2011 Infiniti QX56 had rolled over and come to rest on its roof on the right shoulder. According to witness statements and roadway evidence, the operator of the Infiniti was driving on the slick roads when an animal came out onto the roadway south of Franconia Notch, prompting the driver to swerve to the right side of the road where it overturned and struck a stone wall marking the sign for "Leaving Franconia Notch State Park." An adult female passenger was ejected and trapped under the vehicle, later succumbing to her injuries.

Another motorist witnessed the crash and backed their truck into the Infiniti to help lift it off the female. The driver and four children that were also in the vehicle received minor injuries.

The right lane of the roadway was closed for around four hours while the scene was cleared by emergency personnel.

The crash remains under investigation and anyone with information is encouraged to contact Trooper Vargas at (603) 223-3750.
