ROCHESTER - The Rochester Opera House will screening the new Farmington High School student movie "You Never Really Knew My Name," produced by the award winning FSDTV25, on April 4.

"You Never Really Knew My Name" is about popular students Erin and RJ who are involved in a car accident after the prom. When the return of school arrives on Monday, RJ is nowhere to be found. Now everyone is a suspect in his disappearance.

Each student's story is told through flashbacks i.e. a bully, the best friend, the girlfriend, etc. As the stories unravel, the students' notice each of them is somehow connected to each other and RJ's disappearance.

The movie explores multiple issues including bullying, dating, sexual assault, platonic relationships, and violence. These are all areas students struggle with on their daily routine, when a simple click of a button on Facebook and a Snap Chat story can ruin someone's life.

The screening at the Rochester Opera House is part of FSDTV25's campaign to urge local towns across the state to watch high school students display their artistic skills. Students are not charging admission to the event but asking patrons to bring non-perishable food items that will be donated to a local food pantry.

FSDTV25 along with the Rochester Opera House recognizes the importance of helping others and our community. Students involved in this production have also created several public service announcements for the Granite Youth Alliance. This is the 9th year FSDTV25 has held their "Movie Night". Jetpack Comics and Chegg generously sponsor the event.

The film's screening begins at 7 p.m. and is open to the public.
