Fifi's had a rough go; she deserves a smooth stretch

Calling all you small dog people! FiFi is a 5 pound Chihuahua with a big personality that just wants to go home! At 15 years old, this small girl's life has been anything but easy. FiFi has led a life of inconsistency and has regularly been bounced around from home to home. Most recently, FiFi was surrendered to our shelter after she had been thrown down a flight of stairs and broke three of her ribs. We took the time to mend FiFi back to health and in the process everyone at Cocheco Valley Humane Society fell in love with her.
