Former Rochester man gets 2-4 on possession, trafficking charges

DOVER - A former Rochester man is being sentenced today to two-to-four years in state prison in connection with eight arrests stemming from drug, theft and habitual offender charges over the past three years.

Joshua Day, 32, of Larkin Lane, Berwick, Maine, who recently pleaded guilty to all charges, will begin his prison stint today.

The most serious arrest was on two drug possession charges and a drug trafficking charge from 2022.

The other arrests that were dealt with today include several for drug possession, one for theft and one habitual offender charge, which will all be served concurrently.
