DOVER - A Rochester man pleaded guilty on Friday to four felony drug charges in Strafford Superior Court, but will serve no jail time if he complies with a substance use disorder treatment program.
The sentences against John Laflesh Jr., 33, of Lambert Court, are all suspended for a period of two years during which he will be supervised by probation personnel.
Assistant Strafford County Attorney Katelyn Henmueller said on Friday that a few other charges were nol prossed (not prosecuted) including operating after suspension and felony falsifying physical evidence charges.
Laflesh was arrested by Rochester Police on Jan. 28, 2022, for driving after license revocation and two counts of drug possession during a traffic stop at the corner of Lambert Court and Wakefield Street.
In January 2018 he pleaded guilty to three burglary charges in connection with a series of widely publicized burglaries in New Durham in 2016. Laflesh, then of Upper Guinea Road, Lebanon, Maine, was sentenced to two concurrent two and a half to five year sentences on two burglary counts, and a single three to six year sentence on a separate burglary charge as well as a single conspiracy to commit burglary count.
Most of the burglaries, which Laflesh committed with several other individuals, took place in August 2016 in the area of Meaderboro and Ten Rod roads.
