Four of seven deaths announced on Saturday were from Strafford County

CONCORD - Strafford County was hit hard by the coronavirus on Saturday accounting for four of seven new deaths, according to state health officials.

In all there were 69 new positive test results, including three from Strafford County, where 129 total cases have been confirmed.

Of those new cases with complete information two are under the age of 18.

Fourteen new hospitalized cases were identified for a total of 238 (13%) of 1,787 cases. Current statewide hospitalizations are listed at 95.

The deaths in Strafford County include three women and one man, all 60 or older.

The other victims were two women and one man, all from Hillsborough County, 60 or older.

Meanwhile Maine has recorded 990 cases with 519 who have recovered, 156 who have been hospitalized. Maine's death toll is at 50.
