ROCHESTER, N.H. --Frisbie Memorial Hospital's says its commitment to health and wellness is evident through its partnership with Unidine dining services. Unidine, a food and dining management services company, is dedicated to fresh thinking and culinary excellence, which aligned well with Frisbie's health prevention and health promotion values, the hospital said in a press release.

Moreover, because Unidine takes an innovative approach to food service that focuses on locally-sourced fresh food, Frisbie staff, patients, and visitors can enjoy a farm-to-table dining experience with food made from scratch without additives, chemicals, and preservatives. Through the company's relationship with local farmers, Frisbie is able to host throughout the summer months, Unidine's Farm to U Farmer's Markets featuring fresh, locally grown produce as well as freshly baked breads and pastries.
