Frisbie seeking volunteers to help out at hospital

ROCHESTER - Frisbie Memorial Hospital is currently seeking volunteers to fulfill a variety of positions within the hospital.

Anyone who enjoys assisting others, learning new skills or being a part of a team that strives to provide positive patient experiences is urged to consider volunteering at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in its Junior or Adult volunteer programs.

Volunteer opportunities include visiting with patients, providing spiritual care to patients and their families, bringing Frisbie's therapy dog to visit patients, delivering books, crossword puzzles, playing cards, and magazines, as well as providing clerical support in non-clinical areas.

Volunteers must be 14 or older, complete the volunteer application, background check, health screening, and interview process. Volunteers are required to provide proof of COVID vaccination and attend initial orientation and complete annual education requirements.
