Frisbie Memorial Hospital recently unveiled their refurbished operating rooms that were damaged this winter during a February deep freeze that led to burst pipes that flooded the surgical suites.
The operating rooms suffered irreparable damage, rendering them a total loss. HCA Healthcare swiftly deployed skilled construction teams to the site, ensuring a rapid and efficient rebuilding process.
Frisbie successfully transitioned its surgical operations to its sister facility, Portsmouth Regional Hospital, with minimal disruption throughout the restoration. According to hospital representatives, Frisbie only missed one day of surgeries immediately following the flood.
