LEBANON, Maine - Gail L. (Hayes) White, of Lebanon, died peacefully early Monday, January 22, 2018, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital. Gail was born on February 7, 1949 to parents Donald and Pauline (Weymouth) Hayes of Lebanon, Maine.
Gail was a loving wife and mother and a dedicated caregiver. She enjoyed camping, reading, feeding the wild birds and being with her children and grandchildren. Gail loved her work as a CNA in the Nursing field giving love and care to seniors and the sick. She worked for years at Swamscot Home HealthCare and at Wentworth Douglas Hospital in Dover, N.H.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years Stephen White; her daughters Tracy Gray, and husband Bruce of Wolfeboro, N.H., and Jennifer Minihan, and husband Jeremy of Rochester, N.H.; her son Michael DePalma of Farmington, N.H.; five grandchildren, Amanda Botta, Austin Gray, Rory Minihan, Scott DePalma, and Steven DePalma; and two great-grandchildren, Hanna and Parker Botta; sister, Dawn Sanborn and husband Rodney, Lebanon.
Gail is predeceased by her parents and her brother Danny Hayes.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital on floor 3E for all their love and care over the past month!
