DOVER - Gordon David Clark, 68, of Dover, died on September 28th 2021 at WDH with his family by his side.

He was born on November 4th, 1952 in Dover, the son of James M Clark and Jeannine A (Harton) Clark.

"Gordy" was a Dover native, attended Dover Schools and graduated from Dover High School in 1970. He started working for White Mountain Fence in Dover, where he found his calling. Gordy purchased the parcel of land on Durham Rd in Dover and started as Northeast Fence in the mid 80's, then emerged as GC Fence Erectors. Merging with AAA Fences completed the transition to what is GC/AAA Fences today.

His extensive expertise in the fence industry allowed the company to expand multiple times to include GC/AAA for fence installation, Vinyl Fences Inc., a full-service automated vinyl fabricator, and Granite State Gate Supply, a full-service automated gate company, both serving the New England area. State of the art machinery, tools, work ethics, knowledge of the industry and a team of seasoned professionals have made GC/AAA Fences one of the premier fence companies in New England, which Gordy was very proud of.

Gordy loved his family, gardening and helping others. He was generous with his time, sharing his knowledge with many people. He will be greatly missed.

Gordon was preceded in death by his father James. He is survived by his mother Jeannine; his wife Donna of 32 years; three children, Tim, Kelley and Katie; five grandchildren, Jack, Brooke, Mckenna, Dakota, and Jetson; his siblings, Leslie, Steven and James; several cousins, nieces and nephew.
