ROCHESTER - Graydon Fay Terry, 86, of Rochester died at his home on Wednesday, May 13, 2015.

Born August 15, 1928, in Deposit, New York, he was the son of Percy and Beatrice (Peck) Terry. Terry was a Korean War Veteran, serving from 1950 to 1952. He retired from The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in 1985, was a tax consultant and continued to work a variety of jobs for several years after formal retirement. He enjoyed his family, his vegetable garden and reading.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Clara (Skinner) Terry, two daughters, Mary Terry and her husband Derek Richner of Woolwich, Maine, and Kathie Terry and her husband David Fisher of Palmer, Mass.; one son, Patrick Terry and his wife Rose Terry of Sanford, Maine; and two granddaughters, Brianna Ronayne and her husband Justin Ritter of Honokaa, HI and Caitlin Ann Carey and her husband Daniel Carey of Portland, Maine.
