ROCHESTER - The Rochester Museum of Fine Arts has announced that "Heart Of The Wild," an art exhibition featuring works by Mike Durkee, is now being shown at Back Hill Beer Co. in the Gonic Mill.

Mike Durkee is a New England-based artist, muralist, designer, and the founder of Durkish Delights Design Co. He specializes in large-scale, story-driven murals that bring energy, identity, and a strong sense of place to the environments they inhabit. His work has taken him across the United States, from ski resorts in New Hampshire to skateparks in Colorado, with each project shaped by the communities he engages and the landscapes he explores.

Durkee's practice draws inspiration from culture, movement, and the textures and imagery he encounters through travel, resulting in dynamic, immersive compositions. He has designed and completed murals for the Rochester Museum of Fine Arts in recent years, and his work is included in the museum's permanent collection. Whether collaborating with brands, schools, or local businesses, Durkee aims to create work that enlivens spaces and leaves a lasting, meaningful impact.

"Heart Of The Wild" will be on display until June 6. Back Hill Beer Co. is located in the Gonic Mill, 73 Pickering Rd, Rochester, NH 03839. Visit www.rochestermfa.org/mike-durkee to learn more.
