HRCU earns recognition for mortgage experience, senior fraud awareness

ROCHESTER - HRCU announced recently it had received the "Best of the Best in Mortgage Experience" award from Member XP.

The credit union also recently the BankSafe Trained Seal from AARP for the fourth consecutive year, underscoring its ongoing efforts in fighting financial exploitation and enhancing fraud prevention among older consumers.

The "Best of the Best in Mortgage Experience" award by Member XP recognizes credit unions that provide exceptional service and support to its members throughout the home financing journey, from consultation to closing and every step in between. This award is based on hundreds of thousands of member surveys across the country at participating credit unions. Using data from these surveys, Member XP can identify the credit unions who are providing best-in-class service.
