CANTERBURY - An icy stretch on Interstate 93 led to multiple crashes on Saturday including a State Police cruiser that was struck by a Massachusetts driver who had no license.

Luckily the trooper was outside his cruiser and was uninjured.

The driver who struck the cruiser was identified as Melvin Ruiz Chaperon, 38, of Chelsea, Mass.
