ROCHESTER - Ignatius M. Santoro, 84, died on Saturday, July 4, 2015, at his home in Rochester, N.H. Born October 6, 1930, in Lawrence, Mass., he was the son of Ignatius Santoro and Maria Larco Santoro.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his sister Nettie Pulverenti of Haverhill, Mass., and several nieces and nephews.

Ig reached out to many people as a teacher and school principal in Lawrence, Mass., a fitness instructor at the YMCA in Rochester, a longtime Spiritual Care Volunteer at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, and a Eucharistic minister for St. Mary Parish. He is much loved.
