ROCHESTER - Jean Ellen Blankenship died on March 22, 2022, from natural causes at the Rochester Manor.

A former Farmington resident, she was born in Manchester on July 15, 1939, the daughter of Perry M. and Edith M. Blankenship.

Mrs. Blankenship's sister gave birth to a son Charles the same day.

Jean Ellen graduated from Port Clinton Ohio High school in 1957. Her many loves included spending time in the great outdoors as well as creating art, camping, music, cooking, kayaking and bicycling.

She is predeceased by her sister Marjorie Woodworth and brother William Henry and former husbands Charles J. Westphal and Martin J Felker.

She leaves behind her son Mark R Westphal and daughters: Mary Susan Felker/Martin and Sharon Jane Felker/Sharifi as well as nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and numerous lifelong friends.
