DOVER - Jennifer H. Patria, 49, died on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Wentworth Douglass Hospital following a brief but courageous battle with a rare form of pancreatic cancer.
The first of a set of triplet girls, Jennifer was born April 12, 1971, in Mt. Kisco, N.Y., the daughter of John H. Supple and Diane M. (Fudger) Supple.
Jennifer was a proud employee of Liberty Mutual Insurance. In her 20-year career at the company she held several positions in the Underwriting area and most recently as a Senior Instructional Designer. Jennifer achieved her CPCU designation from the Insurance Institute of America in 2003.
She was an active member of St. John's United Methodist Church of Dover as a Sunday School teacher and volunteered with End 68 Hours of Hunger. She enjoyed wrapping Christmas gifts with various organizations for children in need. Jennifer put a lot of heart into making sure that children in her community were cared for and loved.
Jennifer was an avid Disney fan. Planning Disney trips and cruises brought her a lot of joy and wonderful memories. Family, and especially her nieces, were very important to her. She loved the adventures she had with her nieces and would do most anything they wanted.
Jennifer is survived by her loving husband Ken Patria, her sons Matthew and Luke Patria of Dover; her parents Diane and John Supple of Lincolndale, N.Y.; her sister April McGough and nieces Ella and Lily McGough of Dover; her sister Rachael Scanlon and husband Dr. Colm Scanlon and nieces Helen and Marie Scanlon of Framingham, Mass.; her in-laws Sandra and Kenneth Patria of Somersworth, her sister-in-law and spouse Melissa and John Whiteman and nieces Lindsey and Katelyn Whiteman of Somersworth; her family-like friends Karen and Michael Cormier and their daughters Sam and Emma Cormier; her Godson Davey Larocque; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother-in-law Martin McGough.
