SOMERSWORTH - Joanne B. Hennessey, 63, of Somersworth died on Friday, Nov. 18, 2022.
She was born in Brookline, Mass.,on Sept. 4, 1959, the daughter of James and Doris (Simard) Mahoney.
Joanne was a one-on-one special educator and loved her career. She had worked for the Barrington and Fremont school systems. She had a special connection to her students, their families and the staff that she worked with. She genuinely touched everyone who came in contact with because she led with her heart!
Members of her family include her husband of 34 years, William "Bill" Hennessey of Somersworth; her brothers James Mahoney; Michael Mahoney; Best Friend and Sister-in law Trisha Mahoney; and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, her brother David Mahoney, sisters in-law Ellen and Elaine Mahoney and her dogs, Charlie and Cole.
