Jon Bryant Hammer ... longtime Rochester resident

ROCHESTER - Jon Bryant Hammer, 60, born in Rochester, N.H. on April 29, 1954 to the late Donald I and Margaret L Hammer, died on Saturday, February 7, 2015, in Newport, R.I. Jon was a client of Community Partners and participated in many of its programs in Rochester, Dover and Somersworth.

Jon is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Donald and Linda Hammer of Newport, R.I., his sister and brother-in law Patricia and Joseph Main of Slatington, Pa., six nieces, and one nephew. Jon is also survived by his home caregiver and her husband, Diane and George Chalifour of Rochester, who cared for Jon for nearly 20 years.
