K9 team tracked suspect to Gina Drive address

ROCHESTER - One man is under arrest and another suspect is being sought after a robbery at the Milton Road Shell on Sunday.

Jesse Hermonat, 19, of 319 Beverly Hills Drive, East Wakefield, was charged with robbery. He is being held at the Strafford County Jail pending an arraignment in Rochester District Court today.

Rochester Police got the call for the robbery around 11:35 a.m. Police reports indicate a clerk at the store was confronted by a masked male who entered the store demanding money, which the clerk gave to him. No weapon was shown, police said, and the suspect fled.

Officer Keith Mackenzie with his K9 Daisy Mae, however, were able to track the suspect to nearby 14 Gina Drive, where Hermonat was arrested.

Police said they are still searching for a second suspect.

The same Milton Road Shell robbed on Sunday was targeted in a string of robberies during the summer of 2014.
