Kathleen Mary (Stone) Bremner, 81, died on Oct. 5, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones at Mass General Hospital due to complications from heart surgery. She was born Dec. 11, 1940, in Tarrytown, N.Y. Daughter of William and Paula (Scarparo) Stone. Kathleen grew up in Tarrytown, graduating from Sleepy Hollow High School in 1958. She raised her four boys in New York before retiring to New Hampshire.

Kathleen had an energetic personality and was often referred to as a "hot ticket." She enjoyed traveling with her husband, puzzling with her friends, cooking for her family, sleepovers with her Poopettta Loretta (Mia) and shopping with her sister. Kathleen loved the winter, her fur babies Rosie and Prunie and drinking her wine spritzers.

Kathleen was predeceased by her parents and dearest friend Sheila Rich. Kathleen will be sorely missed by her loving husband of 34 years Roy Bremner. She is survived by her four sons, William Komar of Delray Beach, Fla; Gary Komar of Rochester; Kevin Hudson of Berwick, Maine; James Hines and partner April Fazio of Nyack, N.Y. and stepdaughter Louisa LaMantia of Golden Valley, Ariz. Kathleen is also survived by her beloved grandchildren; Jason Bremner of Providence, R.I.; Jessica and husband Matthew McCrellis of Rochester; Julie and husband Jake Bird of Compton, R.I.; Bonnie Bremner of Acton, Maine; Kristen Hudson of Sanford, Maine and Nick Hudson and partner Madison O'Neill-Pratt of South Berwick, Maine. Kathleen was the proud Gigi (great grandmother) to Jadon Bremner, Brady Bremner and her prized possession Mia McCrellis. She is also survived by her favorite and only sister Cyndi Dietz and nieces Paula and husband Pete Kiernan, Karen Freyler and great niece Jenna Kansky. Kathleen will also be missed by her many lifelong friends.
