A State Trooper spotted the speeding vehicle just before midnight on I-93 Southbound, traveling 124 mph in a 65 mph zone.

It took the trooper three miles to catch up with the speeding vehicle, but a vehicle stop was ultimately made with the driver identified as Jacob Riley Hebert, 19, of Laconia.
