A Lebanon man was arrested on Friday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Duane Chenette, 24, of Carl Broggi Highway, was charged with misdemeanor willful concealment and released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending his arraignment next month in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.
