LEBANON - A Lebanon man is facing up to five years in state prison after his indictment on OUI charges stemming from an Oct. 3 incident in Berwick when he was arrested for driving drunk for a third time.

Mark Lamprey, 53, of 109 Sawtelle Road, was also previously arrested in Dover in August 2011 for driving after suspension. The two prior OUI convictions are noted in court documents but the jurisdiction within which they occurred is not.

The York County grand jury indictments were handed down Jan. 6 and released to the public on Thursday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant moving forward to trial.
