ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted in a Lebanon burglary that occurred in November.
Galen Garretson, 46, of 34 Center Road, was arrested on Nov. 29 on one count of felony burglary of a dwelling and a Class C charge of criminal mischief of less than $2,000.
He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted on the burglary charge.
The September York County grand jury indictments were made public earlier this week.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
