DOVER - A Lebanon man has been indicted in the assault of another man that left him with bone fractures.
Daniel Dorr, 44, with a last known address of 299 Upper Guinea Road, Lebanon, Maine, was formally charged by a Strafford County grand jury with second degree assault, a Class B felony that could land him in jail for up to seven years.
Dorr is accused of striking the victim in the face and causing bone fractures on Oct. 21 in Dover.
The indictment was handed down Dec. 14 and released last week.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
