ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted on 11 counts of felony theft by deception.

Richard A Dixon Jr., 34, of 308 Chick Road, faces five years in prison for each count. All of the incidents occurred between July 29 of 2014 and Jan. 31 of this year and occurred in Sanford, according to the indictment.

Dixon has a prior conviction on similar charges from 2003.

The arrest was made by Sanford Police Department, which wasn't immediately available today to comment on the case.

The York County grand jury indictments were handed down Tuesday and released to the public on Thursday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward to trial.
