DOVER - A Lebanon man is headed to a New Hampshire State Prison for at least a year after pleading guilty this morning to fraudulent use of a credit card at Strafford County Superior Court.

Stephen E. Ricker, 27, of 672 River Road, was sentenced to 1 to 5 years for using the credit card to buy goods worth more than $1,500 in Strafford County in December 2015 and January 2016.

Richer also pleaded guilty to a November 2015 fentanyl possession charge in connection with a Somersworth incident, for which he accepted a 2- to 4-year sentence suspended for five years.
