Lebanon man with DWI arrest warrant nabbed again

ROCHESTER - A Lebanon man was arrested for driving drunk on Wednesday after police were alerted to a motorist driving erratically in the downtown around 8:45 p.m.

Soon after receiving the report police spotted the suspect's Jeep Cherokee in the parking lot of the Knight Street Cumberland Farms where Matthew Stephen McCaffrey, 34, of 22 Wittum Way, was arrested.

He was charged with DUI, transporting an alcoholic beverage, two counts of drug possession, driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant for a previous DUI.

McCaffrey was released on personal recognizance pending an arraignment.
