Lebanon woman indicted on drug possession charges

DOVER - A 30-year-old Lebanon woman has been indicted on drug possession charges.

Leah Costales, of 187 Goding Road, Lebanon, Maine, was found to have a quantity of fentanyl in her possession on Aug. 7 in Rochester, according to the indictment.

Costales faces up to seven years in state prison and a $25,000 fine if convicted.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on Oct. 16 and released on Wednesday.

And indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been presented to warrant moving forward to trial.
