ROCHESTER - Leslie Eliot Locke, 79, died peacefully at Wentworth Douglass hospital with his wife by his side on Apr. 4, 2022.

He was born on June 12, 1942 to Oscar and Grace (Fernald) Locke in South Berwick Maine. He was a Navy veteran who served on the USS Angler (SS240), the Saratoga (EV 3) and the USS Tinosa 606. He was later employed as a nuclear electrician at the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard for 32 years. He was a Mason for 50 years.

Les enjoyed hunting and fishing and going to camp on Moose Pond with family and friends.

He was predeceased by his first wife Davyanne Dunnells and sister Ila.

He is survived by his wife Patricia (Menard) Locke, 2 sons Victor, Mike and wife Christy. Goddaughter Nicki Strout. Siblings Allan, Arthur, Cheryl Coffin and grandchildren Byron and Garrett Locke.
