Madbury man arrested in York Beach indecent exposure incident

YORK BEACH, Maine - A Madbury man was arrested on Wednesday in connection with an indecent conduct incident that occurred on June 15.
The alleged incident took place around 8:40 p.m. inside a vehicle on Long Beach Avenue near the Sun & Surf Restaurant, according to a release sent out Wednesday by Sgt. BrianMcNiece of the York Police Department. The suspect then fled the scene prior to the arrival of responding officers.
Through an investigation officers were able to identify the suspect involved in the incident as 44-year-old Justin Turgeon of Madbury N.H. Turgeon turned himself into the York Police Department on Wednesday.
