Maine lottery scratch tix lands Rochester man $1M

WATERBORO, Maine - A Rochester, N.H., man is walking around with an extra $700 grand in his wallet today after winning $1 million on a $25 Maine State Lottery scratch ticket.

Jason Lepage was the first $1 million in the lottery's $50,000,000 CASH BLOWOUT instant game, according to lottery officials.

Lepage bought the ticket at The Milk Room convenience store in Waterboro.

He received a check for $710,000 after taxes. The store will get $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.
