Maine man indicted on child pornography charges

ALFRED, Maine - A West Lebanon man has been indicted on five counts of possession of child pornography.

Michael A. Flippo, 53, was arrested in connection with the alleged offenses on March 28, 2018.

The five counts are all Class C felonies, punishable by up to five years in prison apiece.

The York County indictments were handed down on Tuesday and released today.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been presented to a grand jury to move forward to trial.
