LEBANON, Maine - Two Rochester residents were arrested in Maine Saturday on fugitive from justice charges connected with drug possession, assault and theft charges out of both Maine and New Hampshire.

The arrests unfolded after State Police out of Troop A in Alfred received a tip that one of the fugitives was staying at a home on Upper Guinea Road in Lebanon.

When police arrived at the residence they found Crystal Lambert, 28, of Rochester, N.H., who was wanted on New Hampshire charges of meth and heroin possession as well as a Maine warrant for theft out of Wells.

While in the home, Troopers observed a man in a bed who initially provided a false name, but was later identified as a Sean Mcinnis, 42, also of Rochester. Mcinnis was wanted as a fugitive out of New Hampshire for assault with a dangerous weapon. He also held Maine warrants for illegal importation of heroin, criminal mischief, and operating with a suspended or revoked driver's license.

Both were transported to the York County Jail where they were held on Fugitive from Justice charges pending their appearance in Springvale District Court on Tuesday.
