Maine State Police Troop A activity report 3/3-3/16

This a partial list, mostly of incidents in Lebanon, during this timeframe.

3-3-14 Tpr. Adam Schmidt stopped a Toyota Corolla in Lebanon for a seatbelt violation. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as NATASHA OELSCHLAGER (26 y.o.) of Lebanon. OELSCHLAGER had an active warrant for failure to pay fine in addition to bail conditions. A bail check was conducted on OELSCHLAGER and she was found to be in violation of her conditions. OELSCHLAGER was arrested for her warrant and Conditional Release Violation. OELSCHLAGER was transported to York County Jail without incident.

3-4-14 Tpr. Adam Schmidt observed a Nissan sedan in Lebanon with a defective plate light and an obstructed view. The operator of the vehicle was JOSEPH PERKINS (20 y.o.) of Lebanon. A license check showed that PERKINS’ license was suspended and that he was also the defendant in an active protection order. PERKINS was found to be in violation of the Protection Order. PERKINS was arrested for Criminal OAS and Violation of a Protective Order.

3-4-14 Tpr. Adam Schmidt observed a Ford sedan in Lebanon with a defective plate light. The operator of the vehicle was CHARLES PERRY (52 y.o.) of NH. A license check showed that PERRY’S license was under suspension for failure to pay fine. PERRY was cited for the civil OAS.

3-8-14 Sgt. Robert Burke and Tpr. Jeremy Forbes arrested DAVID MELLO (25 y.o. from Waterboro) on a Fugitive from Justice charge in Waterboro. MELLO was wanted by the New Hampshire State Police on drug and weapon charges. Subject transported to York County Jail where he was held with no bail.

3-9-14 Tpr. Adam Schmidt stopped a green Chevy Pick-up in Lebanon for an expired inspection and registration. The RO and operator of the vehicle was identified as ROBERT BODWELL (41 y.o.) of Sanford. BODWELL was issued a summons for Operating Unregistered Motor vehicle> 150 days Class E.

3-15-14 Tpr. Adam Schmidt stopped a green Ford Focus in Lebanon for an obstructed view. The operator of the vehicle was identified as DUANE CHENETTE (24 y.o.) of Lebanon. A license check showed that CHENETTE did not have a license. CHENETTE was summonsed for Operating without a license Class E.

3-16-14 Tpr. Adam Schmidt stopped a tan Kia Optima in Lebanon for a seatbelt violation. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as BRIAN BENTLEY (49 y.o.) of Rochester, NH. BENTLEY had an active warrant out of Alfred Superior Court for an Unpaid Fine. BENTLEY was transported to York County Jail without incident.
