Man charged with child porn accused of sending image to undercover cop

CONCORD - A 31-year-old Lisbon man was indicted by a federal grand jury on Monday on one count of production of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography, the U.S. Attorneys Office announced.

Dennis Bousquet, arrested on a criminal complaint on March 31, is accused of taking sexually explicit images of a minor female and sending them to an undercover law enforcement officer through an online chat group.

Bousquet is being held while awaiting trial.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant moving forward to trial.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation with assistance from the New Hampshire State Police.
