ROCHESTER - A New Hampshire man was arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident at Kmart in the Lilac Mall.

Richard Schoonmaker, 42, of Huntress Bridge Road, Effingham, was charged with a misdemeanor B charge of willful concealment, a misdemeanor A charge for false reports to law enforcement, a bench warrant issued by Southern Carroll County District Court and another warrant issued by State Police.

Schoonmaker is being held at the Strafford County House of Correction pending an arraignment today at the 7^th Circuit Court of Rochester.
