Adam Montgomery faces another trial in November in the death of his daughter, Harmony.

Concord - The Manchester man accused of killing his daughter was sentenced on Monday to 30-60 years on gun charges.

Adam Montgomery, 33, was found guilty in June of two counts of Armed Career Criminal, Theft By Unauthorized Taking, and Receiving Stolen Property for stealing two firearms - a Mossberg shotgun, and an AR-15 Bear Arms rifle - from a home in Manchester in 2019.

At Monday's sentencing, upon hearing from the parties, the Court imposed two stand-committed consecutive sentences of 15 - 30 years for each charge of being an Armed Career Criminal, followed by an additional consecutive stand-committed sentence of 7½-15 years for the remaining charges with 5 years of that minimum sentence suspended. In the aggregate, the defendant's sentence mandates a minimum of 32½ years of incarceration given the defendant's extensive criminal history.

Montgomery's arrest and conviction was on one set of pending charges. His next trial is scheduled to begin in November for charges related to the murder and disappearance of Harmony Montgomery. Two additional sets of firearm charges have not yet been scheduled for trial by the Court. On each charge still pending, the charges are accusations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

The Manchester Police Department continues to investigate the murder of Harmony Montgomery. If you have any information about the location of Harmony's remains or the circumstances of her murder, please call or text the 24-hour tip line dedicated to Harmony Montgomery at 603-203-6060.
