Manhunt under way for suspect in Rochester bank job

ROCHESTER - Police are on the lookout today for a man who robbed the Citizen's Bank at the Milton Road Hannaford's on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the robbery occurred around 3 p.m. when the man entered the building alone, walked to the bank located in the front of the store and passed a note to the bank teller while saying he had a weapon though none was shown.

The teller, while shaken, was physically unharmed. The suspect was last seen exiting the front doors to the building and running from the scene. He made away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s approximately 5'5"-5'8" tall, weighing 130-160 pounds with light brown hair and a light beard. He was wearing light colored blue jeans, black footwear, a bright lime green Under Armor hooded sweatshirt with black on the inside of the hood, and a Boston Red Sox baseball cap.
