SOMERSWORTH - Marguerite M. Dupuis born May 9, 1934, died unexpectedly at Wentworth Douglas hospital on October 21, 2021, with family and friends by her side.

Marguerite was 87 years young. She loved life and her family. She was born to Benedict and Rose (Jacques) Nadeau; the oldest of four children. She grew up in Somersworth, living in her childhood home till she passed.

Marguerite graduated from St. Martin's school. Afterwards she worked in shoe shops for a brief time, before taking employment at General Electric, where she worked on the iron horse for many years. Marguerite took early retirement to stay home and take care of her mother, until Rose passed. She was very outgoing, with a love for going dancing with her girlfriends; she also loved the holidays and all of her family.

Marguerite was pre-deceased by her parents Ben and Rose Nadeau; brother Richard Nadeu; granddaughter, Mary Rose White; son in law Alan White.

She is survived by her four children; daughters, Peggy and husband Bill Denis, Patty and husband Dick Sanfacon; sons, Norman Dupuis; Paul and wife Nereth Dupuis; grandchildren, Alanna White, Craig White, Scott Dean, Kellie Dean, Jason Warren, Paul Dupuis Jr, Joshua Dupuis, Hailey Dupuis; great grandchildren, Brentley, Madison, Grayson, Aliyah, Trinity, MacKenzie, Faith; as well as one great-great grandson Jaxton Marcin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
