ROCHESTER - Mark Steven Gullotti, 59, died peacefully at home on Saturday, July 1, 2017 after a short battle with cancer. He was born on May 18, 1958 in Boston, Mass., and raised by single mother, the late Annette Landry Gullotti.
He was a graduate of Waltham High School, class of 1976. He met the love of his life, Julie-Jo Robidas, at a Bicentennial bonfire on the beach and they later wed in 1980. They began their lives together with nothing but a card table and a couple of folding chairs in Andover, Mass., before moving to Waltham to start a family. They raised a son and daughter, moving to Rochester, N.H., in 1987.
He leaves behind his wife Julie, daughter Jaime and her partner Amy Putnam, and son Scott and his wife Angel. He also leaves behind brother William and his wife Mary Gullotti, brother Paul and his wife Jane Gullotti, and sister Natalie and her husband Garrett Blake. He will also be missed by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Mark was a Sales Engineer for Rogers Corporation for several years. He was very proud to be part of the Rogers family and had the opportunity to represent them in China 2016. In his personal life he loved spending time with family. He and Julie went on many great adventures; a fire tower in Montana, whitewater rafting the Colorado River, and the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. He loved annual trips to Fenway Park with Jaime, and skiing Gunstock and Sunday River with Scott. For several years, he volunteered with Special Olympics of New Hampshire and coached Scott in downhill skiing.
Mark was passionate, thoughtful, generous with his love and friendship, and truly lived life to the fullest.
The family would like to thank Dr. Giada Bianchi of Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Cornerstone Hospice for all of their compassionate support.
