Mary Ellen (Donnelly) Fulton ... grew up in Dover

WALTHAM, Mass. - Mary Ellen (Donnelly) Fulton, 72, of Waltham, died on Friday June 18, after losing a battle with cancer. Born and raised in Dover, N.H., she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Bohan) Donnelly. Mary Ellen was a Waltham resident for over 40 years, and retired after spending 28 years as a primary school teacher in Waltham.

Mary Ellen was the devoted mother of Molly Fulton of Winter Park, CO, Kathryn (Fulton) Lowe and her husband Todd of Berlin, CT, and Michael Fulton and his wife Kathleen of Leesburg, VA. She is survived by younger sister Anne Donnelly of Watertown, older sister Susan Donnelly of Brookline, and older brother John (Jack) Donnelly and his wife Laurette of Murrells Inlet, S.C. Mary Ellen loved to travel and was extremely proud of her family. She was known as Nana Bananas to her five grandchildren; Connor, Ellie, Harper, Maggie, and Brooke, and enjoyed every moment she spent with them.
