Michael 'Hulk' Hultgren ... former Victory Club president

ROCHESTER - Michael D. "Hulk" Hultgren, 53, died after a period of failing health on Sunday Jan. 24, 2021.
He was born July 26, 1967, in Chicago, Ill., the son of Darwin and Cheryl (Thietje) Hultgren.
Michael worked for many years in Public Works for the City of Dover. He was well known in the community and was known by his nickname of "Hulk." He was the former president of the Victory Club and a proud member of the American Legion in Rochester.
Hulk enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and bonfires. His two dogs brought him so much joy, and to say he loved them is an understatement. What Michael loved most of all was his family.
Michael is survived by his mother Cheryl Hultgren, his son David Caplette and wife Angela, daughter Sherri Brulotte, brothers David Hultgren and wife Jesseca and Mark Hultgren and wife Kim, sister Christine Coggins and husband Dan, grandmother Verona Vogel, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and close friends Jean and Carter.
Michael is predeceased by his loving wife Debra A. Hultgren, and his father Darwin Hultgren.
