Middleton Officer charged in Milton DWI crash

MILTON - A veteran Middleton, N.H., Police Officer is on the wrong side of the law after being charged with drunken driving in connection with an April 28 crash in Milton.

Sean Dolliver, a patrolman and 16-year veteran with the force, is currently on paid administrative leave, Middleton Police Chief Randy Sobel said today.

Dolliver was involved in a rollover crash in the area of 323 Governors Road around 11 p.m. on April 28, an accident first reported in The Lebanon Voice on April 29.

Milton Police Chief Richard Krauss said today that Dolliver's vehicle took out a fence post and rolled over in a ditch.

Krauss said a passing motorist called the accident into police, who responded to the scene, subsequently arresting Dolliver with DWI first offense. .

Krauss said Dolliver was alone in the car and there were no injuries.
