ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed two new businesses to the organization.

Mindful Healing Counseling Services, LLC, located at One Old Dover Road in Rochester, has been in business for 8 years.

Mindful Healing Counseling Services treats the obstacles that can get in the way of your healthy lifestyle. That might be feelings of despair due to a life situation or feelings of being overwhelmed due to depression or anxiety. Maybe your life has taken a turn that you are not comfortable with and you need some guidance to assist you in "getting back on track".

Mindful Healing Counseling Services' goal is to achieve a partnership with the client that will result in a development of client self awareness and self actualization - to become more mindful of yourself and your environment.

Mindful Healing Counseling Services works primarily with Hypnotherapy, Transgender Transitioning Issues, LGBTQQ, PTSD (Complex and Combat), Trauma, Domestic Violence, Anger Management, Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction.

Deborah Emery-Gigliotti, Psychotherapist, enjoys combining the art of mindfulness, which is the experience of staying aware, with the art of therapy. This helps the client become more peaceful, calm, and to live a more tranquil life. Ms. Emery-Gigliotti has had significant training in the areas of trauma (PTSD), transgender transitioning, domestic violence, and anger management and is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Gender Specialist.
